Why Coral & Clay
Delivery & Returns
Every Coral & Clay gift is prepared with care, and we want your order to arrive beautifully and on time. Once you place your order, we typically prepare it within 1 to 3 business days, though during particularly busy moments like the Christmas season it may take a little longer. At checkout, you’ll see the most accurate delivery estimate for your location, provided directly by our carriers, who do their best to deliver reliably but may sometimes be affected by external factors such as weather or local delays.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and if your order is travelling across borders, any customs duties or import taxes will be handled by the recipient. To help ensure everything arrives smoothly, we kindly ask that you double-check your address details before completing your purchase. If a delivery attempt is missed or refused, carriers may charge re-delivery or return fees, and we’ll always be here to assist with the next steps if that occurs.
We take great pride in the way we package each box, but in the rare case that something arrives damaged or incorrect, simply reach out to us at hello@coralandclay.com and we’ll make it right straight away. For more information, you can read our full Shipping Policy anytime.
Personalisation & Finishing Touches
We offer a range of thoughtful finishing touches to make your gift feel even more personal. You can add a handwritten message directly on this page, and we will write it by hand on your chosen card with care. If you prefer something more elevated, you can upgrade to a beautifully designed greeting card, perfect for birthdays, celebrations, and special occasions.
For a sensory unboxing moment, you can add our Lavender Scented Touch. We softly scent the filling and include a sprig of dried lavender for a gentle, calming fragrance when the box is opened. You can also include a free sticker on the outside of the box — either a festive “Don’t open until Christmas” or a personalised “Don’t open until [your date]” message for a playful reveal.
All cards and messages are placed inside the gift box as part of the gifting experience, with no prices ever included, making this ideal for sending your gift directly to someone special.
