Every Coral & Clay gift is prepared with care, and we want your order to arrive beautifully and on time. Once you place your order, we typically prepare it within 1 to 3 business days, though during particularly busy moments like the Christmas season it may take a little longer. At checkout, you’ll see the most accurate delivery estimate for your location, provided directly by our carriers, who do their best to deliver reliably but may sometimes be affected by external factors such as weather or local delays.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, and if your order is travelling across borders, any customs duties or import taxes will be handled by the recipient. To help ensure everything arrives smoothly, we kindly ask that you double-check your address details before completing your purchase. If a delivery attempt is missed or refused, carriers may charge re-delivery or return fees, and we’ll always be here to assist with the next steps if that occurs.
