The Aïoli Garlic Sauce (90 g) is a smooth, creamy condiment based on the traditional Catalan aïoli, made with garlic and oil. This smaller jar features a playful front label:
“Doe mij maar, aioli op m’n toastje ;-)” — a nod to its irresistible flavour and Dutch sense of humour.
Perfect with grilled meats, fish, vegetables, or simply spread on toast. Use it as a dip, a spread, or a flavour booster in soups, sauces, and tapas. For a quick patatas bravas sauce, mix with tomato sauce and a touch of cayenne or fresh chili.
Made with 79% vegetable oil, 7% egg yolk, water, vinegar, 1.5% garlic, mustard, salt, dextrose, natural flavouring, and guar gum as stabiliser.
